Unfortunately, he only sent one picture so I'm not sure who this is. The way I had to download this shot, I wasn't able to zoom in and magnify it to see just who this is.

No this is not the monk . . . this is the N.S. monk photo-grapher. I juss wanted U all to remember what he looks like.







No tags, but got a clear shot of the flippers.




I don't think it's Yoda, but it sure looks like a DNA link to him. He's got the same facial expressions, but doesn't look as old.

1-4-9 sighting in Haleiwa

One of our condo guests, Mike and Jeanne from Michigan got this picture of a Monk that came up a few yards from our condo. Unfortunately he only got one picture but he said that then the monk came up people began running up to it which frightened it and sent it back into the ocean. It came up another 50 yards down the beach, and again people ran up to it and frightened it back into the ocean. It must have rounded the corner to another beach out of our sight because we didn't see it again.

Uh, . . . by the way, that's not Mike in the bathing suit in the foreground.
