Apparently this guy had been in the same spot floating and going under since early this morning. Finally we get the call at 5:30pm and head out to Chuns. There were turtles all around then finally she picks up her head and floats without making a move. The lady that called it in said she appeared to be stuck in a net like she was teathering or something. At about 6:15 she finally swam off and went on about her life. She must have been resting in about 6' of water rather than coming ashore. These are the best pictures I could get.
